What the working process of spout filler is:
Automatic bag feeding -filling - cleaning nozzle - cap feeder - capping - finished product output. They are all fully automatic operations.
What the main feature of our spout filler is that It comes with spout pouch bag giving station.And vibrator cap feeder to feed cap automatically. After filling the liquid material through spout, we will use this rinsing device to first rinse the outside of the spout and then dry it by air washing to ensure the appearance of the spout is clean.

2.Spout pouch but filling from bottom side or top side. No matter spout placed on the top of pouch or corner of pouch. When the spout placed on the corner pouch but it should be lower the top sealing position.

From the Target output production,We do supply the mini doypack machine and horizontal doypack machine and Rotary doypack machine.
1.Mini doypack machine. As from bag giving station,open pouch.filling material and sealing bag .all the working process would be done on the same working station. So that packing speed would be limited. Around 8-10bpm based o 200ml/bag. It would be suitable for beginner with limited budget but wanna achieve fully automatic packagaing to free hands.
2.Horizontal doypakc machine
It comes with horizontal bag giving station which is suitable for pouch with spout. Dual filling head would be an extra option, 2 Sets of piston filling pump to increase packing speed ,Around 20-30bpm based on 200ml/bag. If you have 1-2 bag sizes. Horizontal doypack machine woud be the more cost-effective packing solution.
3.Rotary doypack machine
Rotary doypack machine also can be with dual filler to increase the output production. But if you have several types of bag size. Rotary doypack machine has the function of adjusting the device to meet different bag width easily.
