Today I would like to introduce you about our mulit line packing machine.
This is the 6 lines 4 side sealing packing machine.
The package just like this. In 4 side sealing, it can pack the bag beautiful and smooth, it can make a tear cut in the vertical sealing part.
And the second point is high speed, the packing machine can pack for 180-210 bag per minute.
The third point is high accuracy, this packing machine can reach the accuracy in 0.5%.
Let me introduce the operation principle, the first part is feeding, you can choose the feeding way in manual or conveyor,
This is the second part, cup metering, it is with swing type measuring cup.
It can measuring the cup in the max accuracy in 0.5%.
And each line of the speed can be reach into 30-35 bags per minute, which mean that the whole line can be 180-210 bag per minute.
With the vibration function, which make the product feed more better. Here is a vibration function, it can make the product feeding more smoothly and quickly, so that it can make the packing more quickly. Let’s see the sealing and cutting part, here is the cutting part, the cutting of the accuracy can be in micron.
And here is the sealing part, vertical sealing and horizontal sealing, the temperature can be high up to 100 degreed, so be careful.
We have the link bag and separate bag both as option, standard is separate bag, you can choose the bag in horizontal continue and vertical continue, it is depend on your requirements.
In the the film releasing part, this part we upgrade it in fasten by pneumatic bearing, and with this two fixed pipe, it can work more tidy and operate steady.
The machine also have date printer, it have six printer for six bag, and this six printer all control by this one controller, and each printer can print 45 character.
In the machine touch screen, you can control the whole machine in here, you can change the language in here, like English, Chinese, or others.
In automatic page, you can choose it work in automatic, in here, this is the working botton, then the machine is working now.

And switch of the whole machine, and the emergency botton.
Independent temperature of the vertical sealing and horizontal sealing, you need to wait the temperature reach into the green one, so that the sealing part can wotk better. And you can change the green temperature in these botton.
