Visited a number of textile companies, the packaging of the coils mostly adopts below two manual packaging ways:
Method 1: The Customized plastic bag with the printed information is manual feeding. After the bobbin is stuffed into the plastic bag, put the extra plastic bag into the bobbin tube. The packaging efficiency is low, the appearance of the packaging is wrinkled and unsightly, and it is easy to be damaged during workers operation.
Method 2: Manually paste the top label, manually install the plastic film, heat shrink it in a shrink furnace, or shrink it with a hand-held electric heating fan. The shrinkage effect is stiff and the efficiency is low.
3. Land Pack Automatic packaging production line
Each automatic packaging line only needs 2 people on duty, one person discharges the material, one person receives and packs the material, and the rest of the process is handed over to automation, and the speed can reach 300P/min. The automatic packaging production line can complete the independent heat shrink packaging of spinning coils, automatic labeling on the side of the coils, and automatic labeling on the top of the coils.
